00:00:02,341 --> 00:00:09,274
6 am. Dawn reaches the mountain peaks. Those who worked all night are driving home.

2
00:00:10,215 --> 00:00:16,569
Outside, it's already morning. But for the body, the night isn't over yet.

3
00:00:17,316 --> 00:00:25,527
After a night shift, six trips out of sixteen came close to a crash. After a night's sleep, none.

4
00:00:26,267 --> 00:00:33,273
It was a test on a closed track. Seven times out of sixteen, the instructor had to stop the car.

5
00:00:34,018 --> 00:00:40,498
When you're driving home after a night shift, you have nothing to prove. Just get home safely.

6
00:00:41,239 --> 00:00:46,778
The drive home is part of the shift. Sleep before you leave, or get a lift.
